What payment methods can i use?
We accept PayPal, iDeal, Belfius, American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
How do i cancel my order?
Contact us immediately with your correct address and order number.
Cancellations can only be accepted when they are made in the first 24 hours after you placed your order. It is our policy to charge €10,- for any refunds due to administration and bank/refund costs.
If we have already processed your watch (after 24 hours) we can't cancel your order and you’ll have to return the watch back to our warehouse. Once we receive the watch, we will process your refund.
You are responsible for accepting the package. If you refuse the package or do not pick it up at a collection point, we will not refund the money.
I received the wrong product? what do i do?
In the rare event you receive a wrong watch, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new watch directly and we will pay for you shipping costs to send the wrong watch back to us.
